DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notification

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through the same contact form. A valid counter-notification should include:

• Your electronic or physical signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the Site.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

mi9.com does not tolerate copyright infringement. We reserve the right to terminate access for users or content providers who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. False Claims (Important Notice)

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
